Bright Spot likes his balanced diet.

Place fresh food in a small glass hamster bowl daily. Also fill a small glass hamster bowl with fresh water every day. (I wash and dry the bowls, then let them air-dry for a few minutes every day before refilling them with fresh food and water.)

Bright Spot, Puffball, Fluffball, Buffball Dustball's DAILY MENU:
• regular hamster food
• uncooked oatmeal, rice, barley
• millet
Bright Spot, Puffball, Fluffball, Buffball and Dustball's VARIED MENU:
• dried fruit - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• dried vegetables - Saturday
• fresh fruit (apple, pear, banana - no citrus) - Tuesday, Thursday
• hamster treats (like yogurt drops and peanut chews) - Sunday night
• cooked egg - Sunday morning
• chicken - when being served for people dinner
• cooked potatoes - when being served for people dinner
• freeze dried crickets - Saturday
